Ogawa, J.R., Sroufe, L.A., Weinfield, N.S., Carlson, E.A., & Egeland, B. (1997). Development and the fragmented self: Longitudinal study of dissociative symptomatology in a nonclinical sample. Development and Psychopathology, 9, 855-879.
Reexamined participants in the Minnessota Cohort at ages 17 and 19. The authors found that early insecure attachment did not directly predict later conduct disorder but that there was a relationship between early classification as disorganized and high levels of dissociation later.
